Context
Medical Organization that has multiple hospital and clinics under its umbrella. It has various doctors, specialist, patient records, diverse technologies and various medical reports. It struggled to provide standardised and efficient patient care across all its branches.
My Role
As a Product Designer, I was tasked to design a system for the medical organization that would help them to provide standardised and efficient patient care across all its branches.
The Problem
The medical organization struggled to provide standardised and efficient patient care across all its branches. The patient records were scattered across various technologies and there was no central repository for patient data. The doctors and specialists were not able to access patient records in a timely manner and there was no way to track patient progress across branches. This resulted in delays in treatment, misdiagnosis and inefficient use of resources. The organization was also struggling to maintain a consistent level of patient care across all its branches due to the diverse technologies and workflows used in each branch.
What I Did

Created a component based checklist system that can be used across all the branches to provide standardised and efficient patient care. It had features like conditional branching, role based access, automated workflows and reports.

Designed an admin dashboard to manage the checklist system as well as organizational workflows, machine learning algorithms and patient records.

Created an intuitive and user-friendly interface for doctors and specialists to access patient records and checklists, add notes, attach medical vitals, and generate overviews.
Outcome
Intellix is a platform that helps medical organizations to provide standardized and efficient patient care across all branches. It has helped the organization to reduce the time it takes to diagnose and treat patients, improve the quality of patient care, and maintain consistency in patient care across all its branches.
