Advisory and Consulting Management Platform

Tigg Advisory is a consulting and advisory management platform that helps professional service firms manage their client engagements. It is a addition to Tigg platform with aim of providing professional service firms manage clients seamlessly.

Context

Prossional auditing firms work with a lot of clients, managing their financial records, investments and other financial documents. The softwares to manage these tasks, if there were, were fragmented into different vendors and providers. Additonally, each client had different employees handling clients which made transferring of knowledge difficult during turnover and transitions.

Tigg Advisory was built as a intergration with Tigg in mind, to provide professional service firms manage clients seamlessly.

My Role

I led the Product Design of Tigg (and Tigg Advisory) from its early stages to its launch and beyond.

I worked closely with the founders to understand their vision and translate it into a user-centered product. I worked closely with designers, developers and software architects to plan the integration of the mobile application with its web-based interface.

Reflection

I supervised the entire product design and development process.
