Overview
Tigg POS is a point of sale system designed for retail businesses in Nepal, integrating seamlessly with the Tigg accounting platform
Context
POS ecosystem in Nepal was fragmented and not integrated with other business process like accounting, invoicing, payment, etc
My Role
I led the Product Design of Tigg POS working with a team of 3 designers to create a seamless, adaptable, and scalable point of sale system for retail businesses in Nepal.
The Problem
A POS System that can standalone as a product and seamlessly integrate with Tigg
What I Did
I performed intital product research, mapped competitive landscape, and product flow, while leading a team of designers to create a seamless, adaptable, and scalable point of sale system for retail businesses in Nepal.
Accessibility
Tigg POS was designed from foundation to be accessible through all mainstream POS devices ranging from smartphones, Touch screens, Contactless Payment, to traditional desktops and tablets
Scalability
Tigg POS allowed managing multiple retail stores from a single account, providing real-time analytics and insights into the performance of each store.
